When asked what they felt was working well, respondents overwhelmingly applauded the people at ppoNEXT. The people at ppoNEXT were by far the company's greatest strength. Respondents acknowledged a corporate "sense of urgency" and an unyielding commitment to excellent customer service. This satisfaction with people extended to the senior management team, which was credited with having made positive changes in the organization to improve customer satisfaction.
